Ashley Edlin

Ashley Edlin is the Vice President of Human Resources at Canopy Services. She joined Canopy in 2025 and leads the company’s human resources strategy across its expanding network of partner brands. In this role, Ashley works closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive partner integration, advance culture and engagement initiatives, and align people operations with Canopy’s long-term growth vision. She also oversees leadership development, system standardization, and policy harmonization to strengthen organizational infrastructure as the company continues to scale. Before joining Canopy, Ashley served as an HR Consultant and advisor with Sapient Management Resources, where she partnered with executive teams to design and implement scalable HR frameworks for high-growth, private equity–backed companies. Previously, she was the Senior Director of Human Resources at TurnPoint Services, leading human capital strategy, M&A integration, and organizational development. During her tenure, she guided the successful integration of more than 55 acquired businesses into unified HR, payroll, and benefits platforms. Over the course of her career, Ashley has built national recruiting teams, launched employee engagement initiatives, and led multiple HR technology implementations for organizations ranging from emerging firms to multibillion-dollar enterprises. Ashley resides in Prospect, Kentucky, with her husband and four children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing cards with family and friends.
