Chris Dinu

Chris is the Chief Financial Officer at Canopy Services. Chris joined Canopy in 2024 and oversees all finance and accounting activities, leads key strategic and operational initiatives, and manages new partnership integrations. Prior to joining Canopy Services, Chris held various leadership positions at Apex Service Partners in finance and strategy roles, most recently as Vice President of Finance for the Southeast Region. As an early employee at Apex, he was intimately involved with building the foundational systems and processes, as well as driving the vision of the company with the senior leadership team. Prior to Apex, Chris worked in the Investment Banking Department at Raymond James, as well as at a lower-middle market private equity firm, Mangrove Equity Partners. Chris received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, and his Master’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Finance degrees from the University of Tampa. Chris is originally from upstate New York and currently resides in the Tampa Bay, Florida area with his wife and two children. Chris is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys everything the Sunshine State has to offer outdoors.
