Nicki Simpson

Nicki Simpson serves as Canopy’s VP of Corporate Development. Nicki is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and previously served as the Director of Finance & Strategy at Registrar Corp, a leader in tech-enabled supply chain compliance solutions. At Registrar, Nicki helped lead the company’s acquisition strategy, sourcing & execution efforts, and also supported the financial planning & analysis functions of the organization. Prior to joining Registrar Corp, she was a member of the Investment Team at Paine Schwartz Partners, where she focused on evaluating and executing transactions across the sustainable food & agribusiness value chain. Nicki started her career at J.P. Morgan in the Investment Banking Division. She received her B.S. in Business Administration & East Asian Studies from Washington and Lee University in Virginia.
