Paul Gouge

Paul is the Director of Integrations at Canopy Services, where he leads all aspects of integrating newly acquired companies into the Canopy family of brands. Paul joined Canopy in 2025, bringing with him over two decades of leadership experience spanning Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, as well as private equity–backed home services platforms. Throughout his career, he has led M&A, integration, and operational improvement efforts delivering strong top-line growth and expansion. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Shippensburg University and is certified in Change Management and Six Sigma. Based in the Philadelphia area, Paul and his wife share their home with their rescue dog and are proud empty-nest parents of two daughters. Outside of work, you can often find him hitting the trails on his mountain bike, diving into a good book, or exploring great food spots.
